Every Ymaphoto session is built around a single goal: images that communicate authority, presence, and trust before you speak. Every session is custom designed, from lighting and direction to wardrobe and look count, to support the role you're stepping into.

Actor Headshots

Priced separately, from $50 + HST per image, so you only pay for the images you will use. Most people end up with three, usually a commercial look and a couple of film and TV looks.
Executive & Corporate
Photographing C-suite, public figures, and party leaders across the GTA.
One polished look on a clean studio background. Best for a LinkedIn, bio, or directory refresh. Includes one retouched file.
Cinematic lighting and styling for executives who need more presence and platform range. Includes three retouched files.
Multiple looks across cinematic and studio backgrounds, for leaders who need range across platforms and contexts. Includes five retouched files.
Additional retouched files are $100 + HST each.
Personal Branding
Environmental imagery made in your element, built around your work, your spaces, and your presence.
Personal branding is built around your platform mix, content strategy, and brand positioning. Every session is scoped on consultation.
Entrepreneurs, founders, realtors, advisors, coaches, public figures, and professionals whose visibility is part of their business.
Retouching is priced separately so you only pay for the images you will actually use. Your count and rate are confirmed at your consultation.
Team and group sessions
Two ways to price a team. Both include travel and on location work anywhere in Toronto and the GTA at no extra charge.

One retouched file included for each person. Additional retouched files are $100 + HST each.
Option B · by the day
$2,500 + HST per shooting day
An eight hour shooting window with no limit on how many people come through it. Every image is culled, exposure and colour corrected, and shot to need as little retouching as possible. What is not included is per image retouching, so skin texture and blemishes stay as they are on the day. Retouching is available at $100 + HST per file whenever anyone wants it, ordered by the company or by each person individually.
Roughly what fits in eight hours: about 30 people at a considered executive pace, about 45 at a standard corporate pace, and 80 or more at a high volume conference pace. Additional days at the same rate.
Below about 25 people Option A usually works out cheaper. Above that, Option B does. We settle which one suits your team at the consultation, and whichever you choose, the rate is written down and it holds.
Firms that keep hiring run this as a standing arrangement, so a new associate joining in March is still charged the team rate rather than a single session price. Details on the Standing Headshot Program page.
Add-on: Hair & Makeup
Professional hair and makeup is available as an add-on for $300 + HST, booked in advance through Ymaphoto's preferred MUA. Strongly recommended for executive portraits, public-figure portraits, and personal branding sessions.
Prefer to bring your own? You're welcome to arrange your own hair and makeup professional for the session. Just let us know in advance so we can plan timing accordingly.

What's included in the price?
Session time, in-session direction, real-time review on a large screen, and wardrobe and look planning. Executive and corporate tiers include the retouched files listed on each tier. Actor session retouching is priced per image, from $50 + HST, so you only pay for the images you will use. Add-ons such as hair and makeup are quoted separately.
Why isn't every price listed?
Because every session is custom-designed. Two executive portraits of the same nominal size may need very different lighting, location, and time commitments depending on the role you're stepping into. The numbers above are starting points. Final investment is confirmed during your consultation, when we align the session to your specific goals.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, and it happens in the room. You see your images on a large screen throughout the session. If what we planned is not coming together, we fix it on the spot, reshoot it, or you walk away owing nothing. Nobody leaves hoping the photos turned out.
Do you offer payment plans?
Available on request for larger team and personal branding packages. Standard sessions are paid in full on or before the session date by e-transfer.
