$300 + HST

One look

Grey, white, or a solid colour background. One retouched file. The right choice when you need one strong portrait and you need it clean.

Cinematic

$550 + HST

Two looks

Cinematic backgrounds, with lighting and styling to match. Three retouched files. Room for a formal look and a softer one, with something that works for press or speaking.

Full

$750 + HST

Full range of looks

Cinematic backgrounds and solid studio backgrounds together. Five retouched files. For leaders whose image has to work across a lot of surfaces.

Additional retouched files are $100 + HST each. You choose your favourites on the big screen during the session, and retouched files arrive within five business days of your selections, with rush available on request. Full pricing sits on the investment page.

Every executive session is headshots and portraits, photographed at the Oakville studio or at your office. Environmental imagery made in your own working space, you at your desk, photographed through a real working stretch, is Personal Branding. That is a separate session from $2,000 + HST.

Photographing a team rather than one person? Per person rates drop with headcount: $250 for five to nine people, $225 for ten to nineteen, and $200 for twenty or more, each including a retouched file. Larger groups can book a full shooting day at $2,500 instead. Travel across Toronto and the GTA is included either way.

Photographing more than one person?

The same lighting, framing and background are used for everyone, so a leadership page reads as one company rather than five different years of hiring.

For firms that keep hiring, the Standing Headshot Program settles one price per headshot at a single consultation and photographs each new person as they arrive, in the same setup. Nothing gets re quoted, there are no minimums, and nothing is prepaid.

Executive headshot questions

How much do executive headshots cost in Toronto?

An executive Mini session is 300 dollars plus HST: one look on a grey, white, or solid colour background, one retouched file. Cinematic is 550 dollars plus HST: two looks on cinematic backgrounds, three retouched files. A Full session is 750 dollars plus HST: the full range of looks across cinematic and solid studio backgrounds, five retouched files. Additional retouched files are 100 dollars plus HST each. Across Toronto, executive portrait sessions range widely, from volume studios under 200 dollars to bespoke sittings well above 1000 dollars. How soon do I get my executive headshots?

You choose your favourites on a large screen during the session, so nothing waits on a gallery review. Retouched files arrive within five business days of your selections, sized for your company website, LinkedIn, press use, and print. Rush is available on request.

Do you photograph headshots at our office?

Yes. Sessions run at the Oakville studio at 2030 Bristol Circle, Suite 210, at Toronto studio space, or on location at your office anywhere in Toronto and the GTA. For teams, on location is usually simplest, since nobody has to leave the building.

Can you photograph me at my desk, or working?

Yes, and it is worth knowing which of two things you want. A headshot or portrait photographed at your office is an executive session at the rates above. Environmental imagery, where the work itself is the subject and we photograph you through a real working stretch in your own space, is Personal Branding, a separate session from $2,000 + HST. We settle which one fits at the consultation.

Can you photograph our whole leadership team so the portraits match?

Yes, and matching across the team is the point rather than a bonus. The same lighting, framing and background are used for every person, so a leadership page reads as one company. For firms that keep hiring, the Standing Headshot Program sets one agreed price per headshot and photographs new people as they arrive in the same setup, so the page never drifts out of sync.

What should an executive wear for a headshot?

Bring two or three options in the register you actually work in, from boardroom formal to something softer. Solid colours read best. Avoid loud patterns and visible logos, which pull attention off your face. We settle the choice together at the start of the session rather than leaving you to guess in advance.

How often should executives update their headshots?

Every one to three years, or sooner after a change in role, appearance, or how you want to be positioned. A portrait that no longer matches the person in the room quietly undercuts the credibility it was meant to build.

What if I do not like the photographs?
